Branding, websites and marketing for nautical and coastal tourism
In nautical tourism, the decision starts with a photo and ends with a message. I build brands that make people want to come aboard, a digital presence that turns into bookings and customer service that doesn't leave guests waiting for the tide to turn.
Challenges in this industry
Seasonality
A packed high season and idle months. Without a sales calendar, cash flow suffers all year.
Dependence on intermediaries
Platforms and agencies charge commission and keep the relationship. Booking direct has to be easier and feel more trustworthy.
Bookings lost on WhatsApp
Questions about weather, times, routes and prices without a quick answer turn into a customer who booked with a competitor.
Trust before boarding
Customers want to know the company is serious: a properly registered vessel, a licensed crew and real reviews.

Chat on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)Do you really know nautical tourism?
Yes. Nautical and coastal tourism is one of my two specialties, alongside health and aesthetics, and I'm writing a book on the subject. The work starts from the industry's real routine: seasons, weather, safety, itineraries and bookings.
Can I sell more in the low season?
You can shrink the empty months. The approach combines off-season audiences, winter packages and experiences, events, local partnerships and early-bird sales for the summer. The plan comes out of the diagnosis, with month-by-month targets.
Can the website take bookings and payments?
Yes. For most operators, I start with WhatsApp bookings, with a ready-made message and quick confirmation. When the volume justifies it, the website moves to a booking tool with payment.
