Brand, websites and marketing for doctors, dentists and clinics
Patients research, compare and decide on their phones. I build a presence that explains your care, earns trust and leads to a booking, while following the rules for medical and dental advertising.
Challenges in this industry
Strict advertising rules
Brazil's Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) and Federal Council of Dentistry (CFO) define what can be said and shown. Your message has to persuade without breaking the rules.
Patients comparing on their phones
A slow site, or one that doesn't explain the appointment, loses the patient to the next search result.
Gaps in the schedule
No-shows, reschedules and inquiries that never become appointments drag down revenue.
An overloaded front desk
A flooded WhatsApp, the same questions over and over and slow replies.

Chat on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)Can I show before-and-after photos on my website?
It depends on the specialty, the procedure and how the images are presented. CFM Resolution No. 2,336/2023 covers the use of patient images and sets conditions. I review each case with the physician in charge so that only what the rules allow is used.
Can I run remarketing to patients?
It depends on what's being advertised. For content Google treats as sensitive in healthcare, such as treatment of chronic conditions and invasive procedures, remarketing audiences and customer lists aren't allowed, even with consent. In those cases, the strategy relies on keywords, location and well-built pages.
Do you work with small practices?
Yes. Many of my healthcare projects are for solo practices. The structure is sized to where the business is right now.
