The goal

Hair loss is a complaint many people try to fix on their own with off-the-shelf products. The site had to show, from the very first contact, that every case of hair loss has a cause and that the right evaluation starts with a detailed exam.

At the same time, it had to show up for people searching for a trichologist in Belo Horizonte and take in campaign traffic without wasting clicks.

How it was built

  1. 01

    Strategy

Defining the core message: the appointment as the way to find the cause of hair loss.

  2. 02

    Structure and copy

A top section with the evaluation explained, professional credentials and the booking button in plain sight.

  3. 03

    Design

A sober, welcoming look, designed first for the phone screen.

  4. 04

    Code

A hand-coded page with modern image formats and lightweight animations.

  5. 05

    SEO and tracking

A title with specialty and city, structured data and conversions tied to consent.

Design decisions

  • To drive appointments

The top of the page already explains the 90-minute evaluation with trichoscopy and leads to booking in one tap. Visitors on mobile understand how the appointment works before they ask for a time slot.

  • To show up on Google

The page title pairs specialty and city: "Tricologista em Belo Horizonte" (Trichologist in Belo Horizonte). Structured data for the physician, the address and the FAQ helps Google show the practice to people searching in the area.

  • For campaigns

Every booking click is tracked as a conversion, so the campaign knows which ads bring in patients. Tracking only switches on after cookie consent, as Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) requires.
