The goal

The brand had to show what Dra. Amanda already delivered in her office: scientific rigor and close, personal care. The identity came first and gave the website, social media and stationery the same signature.

A private-pay appointment needs explaining: what happens in those two hours, why it's worth it and how to request reimbursement from your health insurance. The site had to answer these questions before the first contact.

Each area of practice also needed its own strength on Google and its own ads.

The brand identity

The identity comes from two archetypes: the Sage, who speaks from science and evidence, and the Caregiver, who listens and walks with each patient. That was already how Dra. Amanda communicated; the brand gave it visual form.

The intertwined "AS" monogram stands for individualized care. The letters start from Mongolian Baiti, with redrawn stems and serifs, and the palette draws on the natural tones of skin.

Design decisions

  • To drive appointments

Right at the top, the site states that the appointment is private-pay and explains how to request reimbursement from your health insurance. Patients reach WhatsApp already knowing how it works.

  • To show up on Google

Each area of practice has its own page, like the one for facial rejuvenation in Jardins, with structured data for the physician, address, hours and FAQ.

  • For campaigns

The ad for each treatment can land directly on that treatment's page, skipping the homepage. WhatsApp clicks are tracked as conversions.
