Vita Atendimento
“We take over your clinic's operations, from first contact to follow-up.”

The goal
Vita sells to other businesses: it takes over customer service operations for clinics. The site had to generate qualified sales conversations. Visits alone wouldn't do.
It also had to show up in searches in Paraná and Santa Catarina, where the company operates, and work well for campaigns.
How it was built
- 01
Strategy
A defined entry offer: a free 45-minute diagnosis to open the conversation.
- 02
Structure and copy
Pages that explain the service to the people who make decisions at a clinic and answer their objections.
- 03
Form
Questions that qualify the opportunity without scaring off the person filling it in.
- 04
Code
A hand-coded site, accessible and fast on mobile.
- 05
SEO and tracking
Service area in the structured data and a thank-you page to measure conversions.
Design decisions
To generate leads
The site leads physicians to request a free 45-minute diagnosis. The form already asks how many physicians the clinic has, what its biggest pain point is and when it needs the team, so the sales conversation starts out knowing the size of the opportunity.
To show up on Google
A Lighthouse SEO score of 100 in all three mobile audits, run in October 2026. Structured data describes the company, its service area in Paraná and Santa Catarina and the FAQ.
For campaigns
Anyone who submits the form lands on a thank-you page that stays out of search results and counts each lead as an ad conversion. The site also scored 100 for accessibility in the same audits.
