Why a specialist
Medical marketing isn't regular marketing with a photo of a white coat. It has council rules and sensitive data along the way, and patients who research a lot before booking.
Health and aesthetics is one of my two specialties. I take care of the brand, the website, Google, the front desk and the schedule, because patients go through all of it before they reach the appointment.
The goal is easy to measure: more people finding you, more contacts turning into appointments and fewer empty slots.

Several specialties, several schedules and a front desk that has to handle it all.
- 03
Dentists and dental clinics
Higher-value treatments that depend on trust and on a good conversation before the yes.
- 04
Dermatology and medical aesthetics
Procedures with their own advertising rules and patients who decide based on what they see.

Within the rules, without losing impact
In healthcare, your message has to persuade without breaking the rules. The rules are part of the project from the very first draft.
CFM Resolution No. 2,336/2023
Sober communication, no sensationalism and nothing that suggests promised results. Before-and-after images only with an educational purpose, patient authorization and anonymity, always validated with the physician in charge.
Each council's rules
Dentists follow the CFO's rules; other health professionals follow their own council's. A clinic with a physician as technical director follows the CFM's rules.
Health data privacy
Health data is sensitive personal data. Forms only ask for what is needed, and no patient data ever goes into an ad pixel.
Google and Meta policies
The platforms have their own healthcare rules. Remarketing, customer lists and enhanced conversions are only used where they are allowed.
How it works
- 01
Patient journey diagnosis
From Google to the exam room: where patients find you, where they drop off and what each booked appointment costs.
- 02
Positioning and brand
What makes your care the best choice, said in a way patients understand and the rules allow.
- 03
Website, Google and campaigns
Pages for each specialty and treatment, local SEO and ads measured from click to booking.
- 04
Front desk and schedule
Scripts, confirmations and follow-ups so more contacts become appointments and more patients come back.

Chat on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab)What is medical marketing?
It's the work of getting a doctor, dentist or clinic found, chosen and remembered by patients. It covers brand, website, Google, social media, front desk and scheduling. In Brazil, all of it has to follow CFM Resolution No. 2,336/2023 and each professional council's rules.
Can doctors advertise on Google and Instagram?
Yes. In Brazil, CFM Resolution No. 2,336/2023 allows advertising with responsibility: sober communication, no sensationalism and nothing that suggests promised results. Google and Meta also have their own healthcare ad policies, which are built into campaign planning.
Can I show before-and-after photos?
Yes, with conditions. The resolution allows before-and-after images with an educational purpose, patient authorization, anonymity and no editing, together with text about indications and factors that may affect the result. I review each case with the physician in charge.
How is patient data protected on the website?
Health data is sensitive personal data under Brazil's LGPD. The website only asks for what is needed in the form, only measures visits after cookie consent and never sends patient data to advertising tools.
How long until I see results?
Google Ads usually bring contacts within the first few weeks. SEO and your Google Business Profile take a few months to gain strength. The diagnosis sets realistic goals for each stage, and the numbers are reviewed every month.
Do you work with clinics in any city?
Yes. The work is remote and I work with professionals and clinics all over Brazil, from solo practices to multi-specialty clinics.
